Creates a new i-net PDFC configuration, based on the xmlConfigFile.

Parameters:

xmlConfigFile - the configuration file to load the properties from

name - name of configuration file

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if the configuration file does not exist.

InvalidPropertiesFormatException - if the file is not a valid xml configuration file.

Loads the XML configuration from a stream.

Parameters:

xmlConfigFile - the configuration file to load the properties from

name - name of configuration file

Throws:

InvalidPropertiesFormatException - if the file is not a valid xml configuration file.

IllegalArgumentException - in case the input stream is not readable or corrupt
