Issue with chromium browser v130 (Chrome, MS Edge, Brave)

Update Nov 06, 2024: The issue has been fixed with Chrome browser version 130.0.6723.117 (Official Build).

Since the latest version (130) of the Chrome / Edge / Brave browser, the browser may crash when uploading an attachment/file.

This can happen for example when you are trying to

  • send an email with an attachment using i-net HelpDesk
  • Upload a PDF file to the i-net PDFC comparison web interface
  • Upload a file to Drive in i-net Clear Reports, i-net PDFC …

The bug is not specific to the i-net software product used. It is known to Google and should be fixed soon (https://issues.chromium.org/issues/356183778).

As a workaround until it is fixed, we recommend using Firefox or rolling back to a browser version that uses Chromium version 129.

i-net Clear Reports - New Release 24.10

i-net software proudly announces the release 24.10 of i-net Clear Reports.

This version brings support for boxed bar charts, parsing of *.csv files using the Weblog driver and the ability to open *.html.zip files directly from the Drive in a browser tab. The Drive now supports external storage, such as Dropbox and Google Drive to be connected.

This release also contains other bug fixes and some new features.

  • We have greatly improved the connection stability of calls while lowering the required bandwidth when connecting to multiple users.

Wir freuen uns, das Release der neuen i-net HelpDesk Version 24.10 ankündigen zu können.

In Version 24.10 des i-net HelpDesk bieten wir unseren Kunden eine neue Art, um Tickets zu erstellen: Formulare. Sie können beliebig neue Formulare erstellen, basierend auf Ticketfeldern und auf benutzerdefinierten Feldern, die ad-hoc erzeugt werden. Formulare geben Sie im Anschluss zum Ausfüllen durch Supporter oder Kunden entsprechend für diese Benutzerkreise frei, indem Sie verschiedene Formulare in entsprechenden Ordnern organisieren. Wird ein Formular durch einen Kunden oder Supporter ausgefüllt und abgesendet, so wird ein Ticket dafür erstellt.

Formulare können anhand von Bedingungen äußerst flexibel gestaltet werden und ermöglichen hiermit das dynamische Ausfüllen. Im Design der Formulare bestimmen Sie, welche Felder im Ticket gesetzt oder im Anfragetext übernommen werden sollen.

In der Dokumentation erhalten Sie Einblick zu allen neuen Funktionen bzw. Verbesserungen und Bugfixes.
