i-net software proudly announces the release 25.4 of i-net Clear Reports.
i-net Clear Reports 25 comes with a new Ad Hoc application based on a wholly new concept. Ad Hoc offers an easy-to-use interface where users can add multiple components such as charts, tables and crosstabs. Each component has its own settings. Complexity settings allow users to choose to configure only the most basic settings or to configure advanced options.
The Drive application has also been enhanced with features, such as, private and public sharing of folders and files, and an additional mount provider for the host file system. Reports can be opened directly from the Drive, using e.g. the PDF- or HTML Viewer.
Please note that the 25.4 release comes with minimum requirements for Servlet Spec 6.1 and Jakarta EE 10 application server.
This release also contains other bug fixes and some new features.

Wir freuen uns, das Release der neuen i-net HelpDesk Version 25.4 ankündigen zu können.
In Version 25.4 des i-net HelpDesk stellen wir unseren Kunden die neue Ad-hoc-Berichte-Anwendung zur Verfügung. Diese erlaubt das einfache und intuitive Erstellen von Berichten über, z.B. die Ticketdaten. Auch andere Datenquellen im System sowie das Hochladen von Daten im CSV- oder JSON-Format werden unterstützt.
Die zuvor eingeführten Formulare wurden ebenfalls stark erweitert und erlauben nun das Verändern von bestehenden Tickets. Mit Hilfe der neuen Bewertungsfunktion lassen sich Kundenumfragen im Anschluss an die Ticketbearbeitung erstellen. Das Freischalten von Sektionen via Bedingungen erlaubt jetzt auch die Verwendung bestehender Ticket-Felder. So kann z.B. anhand der bereits gesetzten Ressource eine Sektion freigeschaltet werden.

Update Nov 06, 2024: The issue has been fixed with Chrome browser version 130.0.6723.117 (Official Build).
Since the latest version (130) of the Chrome / Edge / Brave browser, the browser may crash when uploading an attachment/file.

The bug is not specific to the i-net software product used. It is known to Google and should be fixed soon (https://issues.chromium.org/issues/356183778).
As a workaround until it is fixed, we recommend using Firefox or rolling back to a browser version that uses Chromium version 129.
