  • The installation supports virtual servers, terminal servers, and thin-client environments.

Client System Requirements

  • The i‑net HelpDesk is primarily operated by supporters and end users via the Tickets web application. The latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Edge are supported.
  • Depending on the browser manufacturer's support, the i‑net HelpDesk can also be stored as an application directly on the desktop or start screen using PWA technology. This integrates the i‑net HelpDesk even better into your user interface and does not display the browser overhead.
  • This applies on PCs (Windows, macOS, Linux) and on all major mobile platforms.

Installation Instructions

  1. Download i‑net HelpDesk.
  2. Run the installer and follow the instructions.
  3. Continue the setup in the opened browser window.
  4. Configure the database and optional web server settings.
  5. Start the setup and wait for the installation to complete.
  6. Log in with your system account.
  7. Enjoy!

Trial License

  • You can test the i‑net HelpDesk completely free of charge for 60 days. We will provide you with personal support from the very first day.
  • The setup requires an internet connection to receive the trial key from the i‑net software website. If the server cannot access the inetsoftware.de domain, you can also manually request a trial key.
